RAHSTUDIO PROTOCOL SHEET While this seems awfully serious and a bit painful to read Terms and Conditions of Agreement between Artist and Tattoo Collector. The following conditions MUST BE met in order to maintain The studio is a NO SMOKING environment. (Balcony smoke breaks are permitted) 1./ DEPOSIT - A minimum 20$ non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment or begin any artwork. This deposit will be applied to the final cost of the first tattoo appointment. Deposits for future appointments are required. 2./ CALL AT LEAST 24 HOURS in advance to change appointment date. 4./ GUESTS - As I tattoo from my private studio, it’s extremely important to keep the tattoo environment clean and controlled. For this reason, I ask that tattoo collectors come alone or, if they must, with one friend who might be needed for a ride, etc. The fewer distractions the better the final tattoo result. Chatty friends with cameras usually disrupt the flow of concentration. Rare exceptions can be made if agreed upon. Space is limited in the studio, so guests are also welcomed to wait in the building lobby on the ground floor. Sofa and armchairs and tattoo magazines are supplied. Starbucks, sushi, burgers and bakery all within a one minute walk. 5./ ARTWORK - only images previously discussed and agreed upon, size, and color will be tattooed during the appointment. Absolutely NO FINISHED ARTWORK will leave the studio in any way or be photographed or emailed. Final sketches may be emailed if drawing deposit has been given. Information for scheduling an appointment: -While I build a client list and a strong portfolio my current hourly rate is $75.00. -I no longer do ALL types of tattoos. Sometimes it’s just not something that appeals to my artistic vibe. Tattoos that I will not do – racism, hateful words or images, direct copies of other tattoos. Face tattoos. I am also moving away from lettering and basic symbols unless they are artistic renderings. Tattoos I am very interested in creating – anything that involves realism, subtle shading, portraits, Renaissance etching (fine, cross-hatched shading), skulls, and demons, wings of any kind. If it’s art and it’s cool, I’m in. A half sleeve generally takes 12 – 24 hours, depending on the factors mentioned above. A small single image tattoo usually takes around 2 hours. Back-pieces are welcomed and receive special rates. |
